Had a great time at Bistro cafe. If you don’t lose your patience with the madness outside waiting to be seated, you will enjoy the variety of food and creative drinks. Wish my mimosa didn’t taste only like plain Prosecco, but once the fruit pop in cup melted, it tasted better. The servers were polite and made very helpful suggestions. Huge portions, so make sure you are hungry when you visit. Great ambiance and decor. Would return but would avoid popular times.

The bread pudding is out of this world. I love if they did a dark chocolate sauce version of it too. The crab bisque soup is just right, great texture and taste. The turkey sandwich is also another great choice with a wide of crispy fries and that olive sauce is something I've never had. Il have everything again. Also price wise is absolutely affordable. I can tell my teens to go have lunch there rather than the food court on the mall.

I'm surprised to find out this cafe exists. It is located on the second level within Nordstrom. It is similar to quick service dining. Where you order and pay for your meal and drink prior to being seated. However, you can order additional from the menu when dining. I ordered the skirt steak with asparagus and potatoes. It was fantastic. I did not expect it to be so good. The food was seasoned! My server, Jay was great as well. I will definitely be back.

SoulEdge: We can be Heroes, one & everyday.. Arrived there for lunch. Hostess was cool, she helped me ordered my food before I sat down. There is an option of tipping including ( I did tip btw ) and there is a visual plate of the desserts. Estefania was my server. I ordered Nordstrom Burger, Crème brûlée, and juice. The dessert came late, Estefania apologize for it. No biggie, things happen. Love the Garlic Aïoli sauce, the juice tasted fresh. This visit dedicated to my ex German American girlfriend. Cue in the songs: " My Sacrifice"by Creed and "Beautiful Day" by U2 ???????? ????????

This café bistro serves delicious, generously portioned sandwiches packed with flavor. Each bite was satisfying, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. However, the dining experience was somewhat affected by the seating arrangement. We were placed in a private event room, which had terrible acoustics—so much echo that it was difficult to hold a conversation. While the food was excellent, the noise level in that particular space made the atmosphere less enjoyable. If you visit, it might be worth requesting a table in the main dining area for a better experience. Arnaldo was our server and he was super, ask to be served by him and he will give you very good suggestions ! Tell them Flavia sent you

Awesome place! If you are prepared to spend money then this is worth it. Quality food and huge portions. So don't be discouraged, you will get your money worth I promise. As far as wait time. It was quick but I went during the week so I'd assume it would be longer during the weekend. Also parking is annoying so be mindful of that which also have to pay for.
